I say hello to you here ..... As we do exercise then it makes our body strong but all is based on diet foods we take and it has an effect on body . Here are some diet tips which would be helpful as:

Select Light foods such as fruits and vegetables
Drink water more and more
Give up oily and fast foods

Hi Peterjohn,
Great diet tips and like to add break meals in small frequent meals and avoid beverages, soda and even diet soda. Do not eat shortly before going to bed and have proper sleep.

Great diet tips and like to add take small frequent meals and prefer raw food over processed food. Increase your water intake, have green tea and avoid beverages, soda and even diet soda. Avoid eating late and have proper sleep.
